Please help me find this movie!!!?

This is going to be weird but here we go, the movie I'm looking for is a chick flick from around the early 90s I believe. The main character is this pretty blond chick. The big scene that I have in my mind involves a supporting actress having sex in a bathroom stall with a dude that has a dinosaur costume head on. He keeps saying how they have such a connection and she tells him to shut up. It's sorta funny. Anyway, if you can name that movie for me I would be really grateful!
