With the oil in the air system it seems to me that your block is getting too much pressure. This means replace the PCV (positive crankcase vent) on the air system. The small amount of oil or wet look on the 3rd plug is just miss-leading, it probably just had not sparked yet. If the PCV not working properly it is pushing too much pressure into your block, this will blow oil up into the air duct box.
